Representative Croft gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on the         
following (page 3082):                                                         
                                                                               
CS FOR SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                                  
270(HES)                                                                       
"An Act relating to payment for certain examinations in cases of              
sexual assault."                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
reconsideration of CSSSHB 270(HES) be taken up on the same day.                
                                                                               
Representative Barnes objected.                                                
                                                                               
Representative Croft moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw             
the motion.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.                      
                                                                               
Representative Croft withdrew the notice of reconsideration of his vote        
on CSSSHB 270(HES).                                                            
                                                                               
CSSSHB 270(HES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
